Welcome to the University of Maryland's Electronic Forms system (ELF). As part of the University's Business Process Re-engineering project, this Internet based system will allow authorized users to submit forms electronically. The system will route the forms to any registered university user. Users have the option of approving, returning or rejecting the forms. Announcements The Electronic Forms system is continually being updated by multiple groups on campus.
